Leadership

Pastor Chad and Melissa have served in ministry since meeting at Clemson University FCA. They served as youth pastors of Dacusville COG (now LIFEchurch) before serving West Greenville in homeless and street ministry. Following that time, they pastored a church in the Cedar Rock community for three and a half years. The Lord led them back home to LIFEchurch in 2005, where they have faithfully served the Dacusville community.

They share the calling of ministry to the church, as well as the orphan. They have fostered and adopted two sibling groups for a total of 10 children and have four older children who are all married. The enjoy time with their family and loving on their seven grandchildren as well as traveling and working with missions.

Pastor Steve and Susan have been worship pastors since 2000 at LIFEchurch.  Prior to that they were part of the Steve Holloway Trio who recorded and traveled the southeast singing gospel music. Steve and Susan have each had 5 years of piano training.  Steve completed the summer courses in music theory and writing, choir directing and vocalization with the Church of God. 

Pastor Steven and Candace Day serve as our Missions Pastors at LIFEchurch. With a deep love for the nations, they spent five years serving in Honduras and continue to support and encourage pastors there while faithfully ministering stateside. Passionate about strengthening the Church both locally and globally, Steven and Candace love supporting missionaries, offering wise counsel, and walking alongside individuals and couples. Their hearts for encouragement, discipleship, and biblical guidance are a true blessing to our church family.

Erick and Lynn serve as our Children’s Pastors and lead Rooted Ranch, the children’s ministry of LIFEchurch. With over 27 years of experience in children’s ministry, both are licensed ministers in the Church of God and are passionate about helping children become deeply rooted in God’s Word and confident in their faith.
Lynn holds degrees in Christian Education and Teaching and serves as a fifth grade teacher, while Erick is a graduate of Furman University and serves professionally at Furman. Together, they are committed to creating a safe, engaging, and Christ-centered environment where children can grow strong roots in Jesus.

Pastor Johnny and Esther serve as our Provisionaries (Seniors Ministry) leaders and Member Care Pastors at LIFEchurch. They have a deep love for our church family and are passionate about ensuring every member feels seen, supported, and spiritually strengthened. With servant hearts, they faithfully care for our seniors while also coming alongside individuals and families in times of need. Johnny and Esther are committed to supporting every ministry at LIFEchurch and helping cultivate a church culture where no one walks alone.

Pastor Micky and Timika serve as our Evangelism and Discipleship Pastors at LIFEchurch. With a deep passion for the Word of God, they desire to see every believer grow in biblical knowledge, spiritual maturity, and a daily walk with the Lord. They are committed to equipping the church to share the gospel boldly and to develop strong disciples who understand and live out their faith. Faithfully serving alongside us since 2020, Micky and Timika are involved in many areas of ministry and are a steady source of leadership, encouragement, and spiritual growth within our church family.

With over 10 years of youth ministry experience, we are committed to:
- Leading with a passion to point youth to Christ by creating authentic relationships
and partnering with parents to build a lasting faith.
- Creating a safe space where everyone has the freedom to worship and fostering
a fun environment where teens can grow personally and spiritually.
- Equipping students with the tools they need to become effective in ministry and
empowering the next generation to live out their faith in Christ.
We have been in the Easley area for over 12 years with our children, Lily and Tucker. In our free time, you might find us in a favorite campsite, watching our beloved Wolfpack, or trying out a new restaurant.

Caleb and Ashleigh Wyatt have been faithfully serving in this role since 2021, with a heart to see lives transformed through the power of Jesus and the local church. Together, they lead with a passion for discipleship, community, and helping others walk confidently in their God-given calling.

Ashleigh also serves as the church secretary, supporting the day-to-day ministry and helping carry out the vision of LIFEchurch with excellence and care.

Caleb and Ashleigh are especially passionate about the young adult generation. Through their leadership of BOLD Young Adults, they strive to create a space where young adults can grow in their faith, discover their purpose, and actively serve in the church. Their heart is to see this generation rise up boldly, rooted in truth and led by the Spirit. BOLD Young Adults is built on Joshua 1:9 — “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” This verse serves as a foundation for the ministry, equipping young adults to step out in faith and live boldly for Christ.
